Generally I'd suggest that such a thing doesn't exist - many are blantantly biased (i.e. intentionally) and a lot are also misleading with the top positions available to purchase by hosting providers (we've been approached by many with that specific proposition for example - and I should add that in every case we decline that kind of offer because our reputation is based purely on merits).
My suggestion is to consider what you need from a hosting provider and look for packages that seem to suit your requirements. Talk to the provider to clarify points you may be unsure of, and discuss with them (mainly to get an understanding of their technical competency, attitude towards customers etc.).
After that, you can ask around on forums for others opinions and experiences regarding the hosting provider(s) you are considering purchasing from, and also check on google for what you can find.
We find that our customers rarely take the trouble to go around every review site posting up what they think about us (that kind of action is usually reserved only for bad hosts where the customer wants to make it widely known that the particular provider offers bad service etc.). However, some have published their thoughts on their own blogs, or posted about us in passing on a forum - sometimes their own, sometimes hosting related forums such as this one, web host chat, web hosting talk and so on. Google should be able to find these kinds of references, but in most cases I'd avoid relying too much on the comments you might find on a "hosting review" site for the reasons mentioned at the start of my post.
