I'd like to know which control panels are offered by the companies on Windows VPS deals?
ASPnix.com, for instance, offers HELM but I don't know much about this control panel.
Is it usable?

It looks cheap, but it seems to me that you may have something more stable and reasonable for not much more money.
What would you advise than?
I don't think that control panels differ much from each other. Helm is one more control panel that is easy-to-use.
Its interface is quite usable. I believe ASPnix.com support will help to solve issues if they appear.

I would advise such a good company as ServerPoint.com, which is reliable, and costs not very much.
I suppose no one would dispute the fact of extreme reliability of this company...
I would agree. One company in mind now will not give you a deal in future. bodhost.com also doing not bad windows VPS. So look at them as well. They have reach experience on the market and they are good.
BY the way, there is a description of HELP panel at the site of aspnix.com... may get some infor from there
^Cool typo
I suppose HELM is good for windows administration. aspnix.com is specialized windows hosting provider, so I believe they know what they do, offering this control panel.
Here is the description, about which telemech said.
