Have a look at burst.net or vaultnetworks.com both offer lowend dedicated servers (this would allow you to upgrade to the storage you need). Vault is a great company, and very customer oriented. However, the have cogent in the bandwidth pool (as does burst.net) and that equals at minimum low level packet loss.

Well, I think you will not save money buying large shared account, some dedicated servers are less expensive than I many see in these offers...

But why not dedi? I suppose exmasters.com might become solution, with their unmetered deals. However it is up to you...
