There are tons of tutorials available on net, just google and see. I dont think anybosy is going to type a long tutorial here.

One major issue is that most ISPs dont allow hosting on the home packages. Ask your ISP before you start.

If you want to host your own sites, dslwebserver.com might prove to be of help. If you mean to host other people's sites, get a reseller account or rent a dedicated server. A home is not the right environment for sites on which people's livelihood might depend.
