A simple Google search could prove to be helpful. Try to stay away from those "Top 10 Hosts" websites. Also make sure you include such things as support, and no overselling in your searches.

I would suggest you go through with the reliable sites around then if you want to save money, maybe you can find out some better discount deals which are also available from some affiliated sites. Just look around.

Hostgator, Liquidweb etc. wont be bad. Probably you wont need unlimited databases(wanted to say tables?) or that much of bandwidth and space. Initially most people tend to overestimate the requirements. If you do a realistic estimate, you might actually feel better to go with a non overselling host.

Your Starter Plan hosting is too expensive! I would rather host my forum with hostgator. In addition your company has no live chat support!

BLD hosting seems to be close to my requirements, but the company provides 15 GB Data transfer! It is desirable to have more! In addition livechat support doesn't work 24/7!!! When I come to website it was away!
