I'm a bit lost on this one, and thought maybe someone else would know the answer to this question.

Let's say someone owns www.abc.com. They decide to park the site, and direct it to someone else's domain, www.123.com. Is there any way to see the redirect information on the parked domain tossing all the traffic at the second parties domain?

use a header analyser such as WebBug. Use the HTTP/1.1 option to use VirtualHosts otherwise it will use the rather "feature ridden" HTTP/1.0 and only check the default site on the IP.

Thank you Chris, very nice program. I installed and ran it, but its not showing the the redirect information. All it tells me is

that's the redirect.

It's looping back into the same URI with a variable set.

usually done that way for tracking offline advertising campaigns.

@OP: leave loganalizer with first web site. I think that it must check the visitors. On another web site you will have summary information.
