Helios-01: your best next step would be to review the documentation available at Apache's website for the httpd server: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/
Webmin is useful, but it's not always going to work flawlessly. You should hopefully be able to review your httpd.conf file on your server and see what is wrong with your virtualhost settings. It's hard to guess for sure, but you've probably got to reconfigure your httpd.conf file. Make a copy of it before you start and try to make some manual adjustments.
Sorry I can't offer more advice. If you want to copy and post a reply with some of the httpd.conf file contents (pick the lines that are associated with your virtualhost directories) I'm sure I or someone else can help you determine what's wrong.
