It is really hard to choose on picking the right hosting services! I think that it is better to do some research and then think what is the best hosting services that suits to your site!
Which of these hosts would you recommend for my site?
I only have experience with HG. I see you have a forum with some 5 users online. There should be no problem hosting it in their shared hosting environment. Frankly, I doubt there would be many hosts that would have trouble with it.
You should probably get a domain name for your site, so that in the future you don't lose so much of the (link) popularity you've already gained.

I get my dedicated servers from Host Gator. I've had issues with their support in the past, but generally I would recommend them. I have a few clients that use Bluehost and they don't complain about them either... I think they're pretty comparable services.

What is your web site and how much sources that is currently using?

well both of them have got mixed reviews as I knew. The best thing you can do is to check iwth your technical requirements witht the hosting service providrer along with their customer service.
Not necessarily. How many emails are they sending? Hosts often limit this to 2-5 hundred per hour, in a shared hosting environment. It is necessary, in order to limit the chances of IP blacklisting, and temporary server overload.

i used both bluehost and hostgator.
what i observed is sites hosted with bluehost are fast loading compared to hostgator. dont forget that bluehost puts a cap of 40% cpu usage.
i would go for bluehost
I don't know what number is too many, but if I were running a shared host, I'd have the same basic rule, too.
I don't know if that's the full story - hosts simply limit the amount of emails you can send - rather than suspending the client. Looks like they identified the guy as a spammer instead.
