Well as some of you know it is extremely easy to get onto hotmail's black list for emails. And im wondering if you guys know how to get off of it? I have never spammed any messages at all. 90% of emails from my sales@cnahost.com email are auto generated from my whmcs.

Your IP may be blacklisted. If you host your website on the same server/ IP as the rest of your clients - a spammer may have ruined it for the rest of you. Try emailing them. Tell them you run a web host, and that a spammer slipped under the radar. It happens.

Have you made sure that your mail server sends email through a sites dedicated IP? By default all emails are sent through the Shared IP.

Yes. you might consider that as dedicated IP but actually that is shared. And dedicated IP can be blacklisted.
Do some search through spamboxes
