got a rack which i'm hosting at a datacenter that i need help managing (linux/apache with cPanel). we've got another older shared server account, Plesk, that has customer web sites that need to be transferred to the new rack/server as well as new customer accounts from time to time that need to be set up.

we're looking for someone who has interest in eventually becoming a partner in the web hosting company we're building who isn't going to flake out when they realize owning a business means work. ideally, the person we're looking for has an interest in taking over the management of the entire web hosting operation and will be actively working to grow the business and expand the customer base.

Its probably better to discuss this over personal messages, but basically what exactly do you have in mind when it comes to sharing the workload and profits in such a partnership. Currently I am the onwer of www.deasoft.com - a successful and growing Web Hosting and Software business in Australia - we use "The Planet (www.theplanet.com) servers. I could easily manage (administer) your server but I need to know more about you and your business, your current client base etc.
