Hi,

I have done this in the past but this time it does not work and I have tried any possible way.

How do I configure outlook express with my godaddy account? Please point to a step by step procedure as I dont know what am I doing wrong.

Hi,

both... but i know what it is now.

It's works network the one preventing this traffic from coming in or going out.
I got home and tried and it worked just fine.

so thanks anyway

You probably cannot do anything in that case.
The most probable reason is that your enterprise blocks the TCP ports (with a firewall placed on the enterprise router) that are used to retrieve/send email on another server than the enterprise one.
