Where can I find a reliable web host for wares sites, adult sites and other "bad" sites?

Usually people would go with an offshore web host. But the whole business is very shady. Technically, what you're asking us, is where you can host illegal content. The answer is, somewhere where it's not illegal - or somewhere where the U.S will have a hard time punishing you.

If the host allows illegal content - what does that tell you about the host? More importantly, how reliable can that host be. They can easily scam you, and you can't do anything about it - for the very same reasons others can't do anything about offshore hosting.

Andrei155 did a great job explaining what you should do. Most people that are wanting to host what you want go to the UK. Just because you go overseas does not mean they will host your warez or porn website. Most likely you could pay more for this service but if you really want it then its worth it. Personally if an United States host said they would host my warez or porn website that's a red flag that they don't care about there company (anything for a quick buck) or there server is crap.

You could try highsecured.com they are a offshore host located in panama. I have hosted with them for over 3 years and they are a large reputable offshore host. Located in panama they cannot be forced in shutting a site down from outside pressures. You would have to not host anything that breaks a panama law but most things are legal. I know a few people that host sites like yours there. In my review the hosting is great and support is by far the best in offshore dedicated servers I have tried and I have tired most. They are a little more expensive then hosting in the U.S. but not having to worry about getting my site shut down or legal problems has made it worth every penny.

Why not just do something LEGAL? It doesn't take much to do something legal, it just takes alot of effort to make it pay off...And for your information, I used to know alot of people in the adult industry and at times they made lots of money, but when they lost it, they lost it all. I've seen people lose it too...Mind you, it also takes lots of effort to make it in that kind of industry as well...You don't just create a site and think it's all going to work once your all setup, cause it's just like any other site, you WILL have to work for it.

I suppose that your search direction will depend on what how your web sites bad.
Can you describe them better?

If that is something illegal I believe that would be better to start your search outsize US or Europe.

I do not agree with the such things. I suppose that we need to invistigate first what are bad web sites at all?

While the adult hosting issue is a common one it is best to look at a potential hosts AUP first and see if adult content is allowed. If nothing pops out at you it would probably be a good idea to contact the host first though just to make sure.

As for the warez thing I have no clue other than telling you to host somewhere offshore or better yet find something legit to host which would be a smarter option IMO.

Adult content that is not bad content at all. I think that is not correct to say in this way, unless adult content is illegal.

There are some countries in which hosting warez kind of content is not illegal at all, I think one is Malaysia, I am not sure about it. And it's always better to go the legal way. If you are hosting "Bad stuff" on your sites, probably you should also register your domains with any of those offshore registrars, which follow "I don't care" policy. Like "andre" said, You can't guarantee those sites are your own by the very next day.

SolidNode.com runs high risk hosting like warez ect... they host on several datacenters.

Porn is not illegal, but you have to redirect all incoming URLS to your entrant agreement,(18 years old or older to enter, etc...) for warez hosting, you can find a server in Asia, like HongKong or somewhere else. Please if you have other opinion, don't hesitate to share it with me.

it would be hard to find a host like that, but there are some that do host warez/adult. just search on google for "free warez hosting"

I know eurosrv.com is a good offshore host.
Have worked with them in the past and they do a good job.

But i would have to agree with why not just do something that is legal.
Makes life easier, and makes it easier to sleep at night.

Consensually made and distributed "adult pornography" is not illegal so long as the viewers are over 18 and have given consent to view such material.

Once viewers/actors are under the 18 year threshold the problems arise.

Found some host in africa.. forget the neame but can search in G... Almost allows adult and sparm site.. But if host it in US sure will be baned
