Anyone know of any free hosting sites that dont require their banners be on your site?

more than 3 years, i use www.freewebtown.com. no need banner, pop up ad or anything make your website ugly.

you can use co.cc as free domain with good feature. i hope this answer useful for you.

On your opinion how those providers will earn? Banners and posting etc they are money equivalents in the free web hosting world

Why should someone give you something for nothing? The reason things are free on the internet 99% of the time is because there are ads on them that cover the costs.

You can get web hosting for about $1.50 a month though, which is practically free

Yes, this type of free hosting become very popular in these days. As there are many forum services offering paid posting some people get idea to offer free hosting instead of paying the posters.

I always liked ripway though now my school blocks it but it did add something to the adress but all well its hard to find a free web hoster that will not add to the url adress and has no ads or banners
