I looked at the host and it seem ok but I think a web hosting is only as good as the support they offer. I would suggest email support with a couple questions to see how long it takes them to answer

Well i actually used their live support system and spoke to someone right away and they pretty much answered all my questions.
Ive tried to find out any other info on them such as searching for any reviews/complaints etc and cant find anything.
unusual because they say they have been running for about 8 years now.
Ive found another similar one now fatcow.com and am torn between the 2.

I believe that you need to get web host because of your needs. If you need reviews - go through review web site. I think that it will be useful for you to compare it with some others.

Some webhosts offer alot with their packages but sometimes turn out to fail in other areas such as support or downtime.

What do you need to know? I suppose to know how the services are you need to try them personally at least. That is very good idea. Or you will trust people which have been using them.

You are right. But that is difficult to check before signing up with them. Try to sign with them.

There running on dual exon with 4 cores (I asked) It is agood server and only 200 clients on a server is reasonable (I wouldn't pack 1/2 that) But there a budget host and you get what you pay for. There support rep claims they have been in biz 10 years. I looked and there domain has only been registered since 2000 *8 years. Its possible they had some trouble and re-branded but that could be seen as negative. He told me to email him and he will find out the exact year they were formed. LMFAO they want the customer to take an extra step. Why not offer to email me using the email I gave at the beginning of the chat. He didn't know which raid the serer was config with. lmao he doesn't know as much as he should for a rep. Someone's sales manager didn't do there job.

I alwayts try to use Hosts that have a "Live Chat" support feature, just in case immediate help is needed.

Live chat is always a must with a website hosting company in case you need instant help or help ASAP...

Their site looks ok, but more profession could be placed there...

All is good, but it seems too cheap for what they are provding. They look like there overselling their hosting which is not good.

Its hard to tell if the server load for that given server is high because we do not know the server specifications (CPU, RAM, etc...). You are able to see reviews written by not only clients on there website but clients on other web hosting related forums.

Take the time to visit the website thoroughly. See what there terms and conditions contain and if they have a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Alexa rank has nothing to do with how good a host is. alexa rank does not matter if a host is good or bad, but by the way the hosting seems good but no experience about it

I agree. That is index of the web site, not the service which is being provided from the web site

2.95$/month is a little low but not of the mark generally Hosting companies tend to charge around that mark.
Its a general practice to keep the costs down and fill in the servers with as many website(s) as possible.
