So far i asked more than 15 web hosting companies and only 1 company
allows to install file sharing script so i don't really have a big choice http://webkeepers.com/
They're likely all concerned with the disk space you'll be using. I don't know if it's in the budget, but you could try virtual private hosting. More money, but much more space.
