Host getting on my nerves need new one please recommend one.

I've been having a lot of problems with my hosting provider lately so much that I need a new host. Can anyone recommend a new one? I've been looking at tmd hosting but don't know if they are any good.

I need a reliable, cheap, have great features, good support and needs to be a shared hosting provider as dedicated is too expensive for me at the moment.

It is better to tell us what do you need, so you can get better advice. I mean waht kind of features and etc.

also any specifics to your domain, ie. do they have to be able to host .co.uk's etc and roughly how many domains will you be hosting at the same place?

I'd suggest hostnine.....I have a reseller account and have no issues what so ever.

That is correct. If you still have access to your old web host control panel please log in there and copy past here the usages of disckspace and bandwidth

It would be simpler to advise you something if you could present your requirements.
Knowing what problems are you experiencing with your present host, it will be considerably easier to come up with solutions for you.

I need php 5, linux, have the ability to enable mod re-write. I have 5 domains so need a lot of space.

Must not have a cap on the size of databases either.

I suppose that for this matter you need VPS. If you have dinamic web site and need a lot of space be sure that you have huge CPU usage as well. And that issue will never make you as well your provider on the shared web hosting account
VPS is your solution. Good luck

Sounds like you will need a VPS. If you do not know how to manage one you can get them managed. However, with your requirments (which you still haven't told us exactly) your site will not be suitable for a shared environment (at least not a reliable one). What are the issues you are having with your current host?

And to the poster using H9...I would run, away, as fast as you can. They are a time bomb waiting to happen..

OP, go to www.webhostingtalk.com and take a look at their hosting offers section (one of the forum categories.) There are always all sorts of deals there.

Exactly, how much? What amount of traffic are you driving to the php based pages?

Not all shared hosting can fit any needs. Huge space these days usually comes with limitations on inodes, file types, website types etc.

I assume that you will receive lots of the recommendations here. Be patient and do the search and choice accurate. I assume that with the next web hosting provider you need to pay more attention for the backups.

Take a look at getting a VPS, SolarVPS is the one that comes to mind.

You are expecting Great Support for basically nothing?
I mean come on, Seriously, You get what you pay for in the Hosting Business!
If you want Outstanding Support you may want to raise your budget, Rather expecting everything for nothing.

I use webhosting.uk.com at present. Their servers are reliable, good value, and their technical support is good. However, their billing and admin leaves a lot to be desired. If you can live with a rigid, automated and non-customer focussed billing department, its a good product.

I would name dayana host. They would suit alll your needs unless you mind dealing with annually billed plans. The company is pretty much reliable so I think they could suit you well.

Host Perfection try them.

They allow proxies, resellers and Shared.

I been using them for a while now and have had no problems with speed or performance.

Host with me. We dont allow proxies Adult or and thing illegal. But I can try to match price.

justhost.com is a host that is working out great for me..
if you ever go to sign up for them make sure you try and close the tab then theyll offer you 50 % off wich is what i did so i pay 40 bucks a year for unlimited bandwidth ,disk space and so much more
