Hey guys/gals,

I'm in the market for a web host with the following services:

.Net Framework 1.1 (or above)
Web Services
Send Emails From Server
Send SMS messages from server
SQL Server 2000
SQL Jobs or other scheduled mechanism
NO DOWN TIME!
Web Space
Direct Connect using IP to SQL Server

Anyone got any ideas, as these are obviously fairly specific.

True.. Every host has downtime when they run maintaince and updates and such..
