Just wondering, how much time did your web host take in resolving any problem of yours ? Was it ever for more than 24hrs? If yes,how did that effect you?

My host is always prompt.
Sometimes within a few minutes. Sometimes within 6 -12 hours.

i am just very much annoyed by the service of our host.
it has been more then 24 hours,our website is down
the hosting company website is down
no where to contact
i am looking to change this host soon
Any suggestions i need 400mb space shared

24 hours for a support request to be resolved is way to long. Hosts that I've used in the past usually answered my ticket within an hour or two, but never longer then 6 hours. That's the way it should be IMO.

My host is really bad. I sent them an email regarding my domain two days ago and they still ain't got back to me

I remember once I sent them an email regarding some issues with ip addresses and the Google Adsense bot, they replied telling me about Meta tags, it took several emails for them to understand what I was on about
