I think now a days most web hosting providers attract customers by telling that they provide cheap web hosting. I think Just host, Blue host , Host Monster etc are the main cheap web hosting providers. But they offer unlimited disk space and transfer.

I think dream host provide cheap best hosting at very low price. Will Never Down

I am using Godaddy it is very cheap and good web hosting service provider, it also provides domain names.

I hope you find the right web-host for you. Look for a web-host with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I see no excuse for web-hosts with a lot of downtime.

If you go for a web host not offering "unlimited" features your service will most likely be much better. The hosting companies offering unlimited disk space/bandwidth are overselling their servers. This comes with a huge risk to customers websites because chances are other people are signing up, abusing the servers which is causing your website downtime.

I only know godaddy as a good domain provider but not as a quality web host provider. There are other good web host out there.
