their support sucks, 1 message replied from 10 in 5 months. They are once a while on the phone, when someone answers it (ussually the owner) he always reply with good manners and apologies, but never got a solution. The price is cheap but the service is cheaper than the price.
Now..
I dont have mail service since Thursday (today is Sunday night) they was working on the server on friday without a solution. They never replied my messages.
As a reseller they never hide server messages, anyone can notice that the main server name is EntityHosting every time something fails (every day) there will be a message that EntityHosting is making changes and upgrades etc/ etc
I have important customers and when they call me I dont know what to say.
there is no 99% uptime. if they reach 80 its a miracle.
Tired of all this crap I will move to other reseller company.
