In your opinion, what is the worst, and what is the best FREE web host out there. You may choose to include a reason or not.

I dunno about the Best, but the worst in my opinion has to thefreeserver.com.

The reason? Well a host that claims to allow php should really have their servers setup to work with scripting. I tried them a while back and left immediately as my site runs solely on php. When I registered with them, the forum had posts in it asking why the php was not working, yet a day later they were deleted. So I thought nothing more about it and moved on after they refused to return my emails.

So a month or two later, I offer to help install a couple of scripts for someone who use them and still, scripts will not work, be it cgi or php.

Ridiculous.

Thanks for trying to help me. Yes I'm the guilty party that he tried to help and just wasted his time with thefreeserver goobers. I feel terrible.
They have no answer other then "I'll look into it" So when I find another server, the same offer stands if you want Steve.

I would vote Club House Hosting as the best free hosting I have ever received, help is always at hand and as far as I can tell my site has been up 100% of the time i've used there services, I will be upgraing to paid services soon and recommend them big time
