@OP i thought reseller hosting was just re-badging someone else's hosting, how would that effect bandwidth?

So you would be happy when a forum post/thread apparently advertising your company, turns up when a potential customer is doing a "due diligence" search. And the post makes the representative of your company appear to know nothing at all.

Real people will always tell others about the "bad" things they have heard/seen/read.

Would you run run an advertising campaign that shows how little you know?

I suppose that is enough to do google search and do own reasearch among definitions. That is not difficult at all. And that is the way to hide that you do not know something about web hosting especially such basic things

I think if you are looking to do hosting you could start with a reseller account first. No need to go dedicated right from the start if you want to start it off slowly in terms of expenses.

Dedicated also means way more expenses unless you know completely what you are doing.

Dedicated hosting is used by most people. The reseller hosting is used for those who want to resell hosting packages.

I don't even think this guy cares about the answers. He most likely is being paid to create posts like this (as mentioned by a couple of people above).
