I made an order 4 days ago for a hosting plan with americanservers.net, but they haven´t even sent me an autoreply. I´ve sent them like 10 e-mails but they don´t answer. Does anybody know this people?. I want to cancel my order but they just won´t answer my mails.
What does one do in this case?

on their website that you ordered service from is there a place to contact their technical support?? If there is then write to them and say you would like to cancel your order.
