What is meant by OFFSHORE HOSTING?

Are WAREZ and Adult Sites are allowed in OFFshore hosting?

Hosting which allows stuff that isn't legal. So warez linking, torrents etc is allowed on offshore hosting, but isn't on hosting from Hostgator for example

Offshore hosting I think that is the one which is located in not the same area as you are from. So everything depends on your location. Moreover warez is not allowed on many web hosting services

never heard,you can search it on google,this is really hard to find outstanding hosting but some below points could make difference.
1) Reliability
2) Instant support
3) cheaper than others but service is equivalent to others
4) Server Response

OFFSHORE servers are outside USA.they are not affected by DMCA complaints about copyrighted content.

OFF is the opposite of ON.

therefore OFFSHORE means NOT ONSHORE which equals OUTSIDE territorial waters of any particular country that some laws apply to!!!!

An offshore host is where there are servers that run/host a website except its located in another country. Many people use this because it is much harder to shut down legally and harder to contact.

The term explains it all. Offshore anything is something off your own country. Any idea if offshore hosting is cheaper?

I think that depends on the country you are in and on the country where web host is located. But the fact that there is a difference in the price between such hosts is truth.
