What type of Linux control panel do you like the best? I personally enjoy using Cpanel, as it is the most advanced and gives you the most BANG for your BUCK! What do you use/ Like the most?

Given that it's the most widely spread one, and many web hosting customers and even hosts have only used cPanel, it will always win in the polls.

Yet, in my experience, most control panels out there can do the job just fine. It just takes some getting used to. Kind of like automatic or manual gearbox. Ask the Europeans, the manual wins. Ask the Americans, the automatic is the best.

Agreed, what are your experiences with using other control panels, which is your least favorite?

Right, but if you ask real men - manual is the way to go . Females always tend to obscure such poll results!

In terms of a control panel, cPanel has done us just fine. Outside of Host suitability, one also needs to take into account customer opinion. I think that a lot of customers have their thoughts set specifically to cPanel.

I used Cpanel 11/WHM but it is not too cheap .. Zpanel is good enough and it's free.

I personally like Cpanel myself. Has a lot of great features and almost everyone knows how to work with it.

I too personally prefer CPanel.

yup surely i will go with WHM/CPanel. As it provides most of the features..
and also really friendly to use , even a new begginer to designing and hosting field will find cpanel really easy to use...
So my 1st selection is cpanel

DirectAdmin > H-Shere > cPanel > Plesk

I like the way DirectAdmin treats all domains equally. H-Shere does the same. DirectAdmin is very fast.

Cpanel handles "addon" domains as subdomains. Every time a new domain is added in cPanel a FTP account and subdomain directory are automatically created for each domain. If an addon domain is removed from cPanel the FTP and subdomain directories remain and have to be removed manually. Plus I have had many problems with the file manager in cpanel timing out.

Plesk is awkward and unfriendly to use IMO.

We have used cPanel since we started because it is the most popular control panel. If if there better control panels such as H-Shere it would cost us many customers if we decided to give up cPanel. Personally I haven't found any problems at all with cPanel. It's easy to use, reasonably priced and best of all popular.

cPanel is best among all other control panels. Its rich of features and much easier to use. Mostly professionals recommend cPanel.

Ive never used cpanel, However on some of my servers i run webmin as thats quite handy to install and configure most services with ease.
( Just remember to lock it down )

Cpanel is simple and more power full then any other panel.i just love Cpanel....

DirectAdmin is very fast. Hate Plesk, don't ask me why.
