They are overselling big time: $15 a year for 300MB space and 6GB bandwidth, thats $1.25 a month.

No one could make a profit with that.

then why do they do it?

I do know that they are some kind of reseller for steadfastnetworking.com, because when you go to order, it goes to a steadfast page.

I'd have to agree! Sounds dodgy! Far better to go with a host who make sensible (but still reasonable) charges who can offer the support and network you need. Cheap hosts are ususally just that, CHEAP! Exercise caution would be my best advice!

EDIT:

If they are a reseller be extra careful. Overselling is almost a certainty and it's likely they'll have to rely on others (i.e. whoever they're a reseller for) when it comes to support!

Some hosts have the philosophy of selling as much as possible to get the most return. This means cramming as many accounts onto their already crowded servers for the sake of profit, often compromising the performance of your site. Money - that's why they do it!

We offer add-on domains. Our entry plan you can host 2 domains. You can also add more add-on domains as you require. Talk to Sam via live support - I believe he's there now if you'd like to discuss it further.

Thanks

I would stay away from them, I don't think you'll get the reliablity that you expect, and certainly not the support you need.

Host Affection was recently bought out by Steadfast Network, so you should be looking at that company as they are the ones you'll be dealing with.
