Does anybody know what happened to chitie.com??? I'm hosting my site with them but suddenly they seem to have desapeared. When you access their page there's another one. Their dns have changed. First, my site was down and and got errors downloading my mail. Now the site is up again and there's no errors with the mail, but I'm not receiving any mails, and chitie's site is still gone...
What can I do if they just ran out with my money?
Who can help me?

Ok. I´m receiving mails and my site is up, but chitie´s site is gone. They seem to be out of business but the sites they hosted are still on their servers.
How can this be?

Have you tried to contact them to find out what is going on?

Someone, whether the domain has changed hands or not, seems to be trying to keep up the hosting obligation to you....at least for now. If this were happening to me, I would send some email, trying gather information.

Do you know if the Ultimate Search company was the original owners, or not?

Ultimate search was not the owner previously. The dns changed on 11/4/2002. I´ve sent them emails but they just won´t answer. These people (ultimate search) do this often. I had another site and I just forgot about the expiration date of my domain registration and they registered. Their really just ressellers I think.

chitie is back!! they changed management and they changed their name to hostgroup1.com

well a very bad thing is that they also will stop their business, and to change your DNS you have to pay them 20 dollars!
