Be sure to contact your current hosting provider and ask what you will receive exactly..
Also try to find as much as possible signs of reliability of the hosting company!
If you don't find sufficient information about it in you webhosting company site and can't do it yourself try tu turn to you webhosting company to help you with it, but you can do it with your cPanel.

Also someone can use proxy. So I believe those IPs should be forbiden also
Blocking countries is an effective way to reduce spam and problems. It's also important to prevent access from the proxy servers they may attempt to use to bypass those measures.

It wont be effective if you block them by ip address because if they are determined to do so, then they can use a different ip or a proxy for their success. So you can use captcha and also block countries. I hope you will get the result.

Because i'm sick of cleaning up after the malicious use of one of my sites. Its all coming from certain 'questionable' countries. Since it appears that the vast majority of my traffic from those areas are non-english speaking and malicious, I figured i'd just block them all. They're only using my resources for wrong doings, since my ads are in English and they don't speak English I am not benefiting from them clicking on them or anything of the sort. I don't gain anything from being 'open' to these regions, other than the headache I used to get when cleaning up their mess.
EDIT: Also, the problem has been solved anyhow.
it's good you solve the headache matter in the end..and your experience has sth in common with mine
