Why are you blocking them, just ask money for uploading images, I think there will be people who will even pay for it, it is a good way to earn money.

I have been facing these problems of security issues for my website....

If you don't find sufficient information about it in you webhosting company site and can't do it yourself try tu turn to you webhosting company to help you with it, but you can do it with your cPanel.

Blocking countries is an effective way to reduce spam and problems. It's also important to prevent access from the proxy servers they may attempt to use to bypass those measures.

It wont be effective if you block them by ip address because if they are determined to do so, then they can use a different ip or a proxy for their success. So you can use captcha and also block countries. I hope you will get the result.

Block counties is a similar to blocking IP, proxy's will help to avoid such blocking

How blocking countries differs from blocking IP?

If they using proxy server to viste your site. You have no way to block them...
