Do you think it's good when a company - m6.net, for instance, offers reselling in their shared plans. I mean Windows reselling.
What pitfalls can be faced using such a service?
No control panel
No support.
maybe traditional services will be better, unless they have extremely low prices for that.

From what i'm reading it's not reselling in a shared plan, those are actually reseller accounts but they market it as a shared plan.

I think that is cheaper for you. But Serverpoint is right - you need to have something else to start reselling. Having space and bandwidth is not enough at all.
You can actually use multiple-domain shared hosting as a kind of reseller hosting but you can't effectively separate the accounts so the scope is rather limited.

Many Windows scripts m6.net has supported on their servers and prices are not high. Overall they look o'k for me.
Besides they offer discounts on their reseller accounts. I have seen them somewhere.

But I assume they will never allow you to install something like WHM
The problem with trying to do reseller hosting in a shared environment is that all the separate clients you have under 1 account will not have unique and separate access to the control panel. Basically as httpeasy said.
Really if you are going to do reseller hosting you want to get a vps plan or even dedicated.
