Earlier in this thread i saw someone post about web hosting pad and unlimited for 1.99. I took a look at it sure enough you get 4 years for under 100 bucks.
But beware of such overselling companies! Web Hosting Pad for example I did a little research, first of all there is no BBB logo on their website, and for a good reason too. I searched BBB records and here is their business page:
http://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-...ws-il-88274902
Their overall grade a big fat "F"
Even overselling companies such as iPage and Fat Cow have an A+ BBB rating, this because they follow their terms and conditions. They along with a ton of other hosts are part of the Endurance International Group.

Personally I hosted with iPage but my hosting was set up all wrong, the domain I registered didn't even register, and I couldn't do it from their control panel. iPage though followed through on their money back gurantee and I received a refund.
Before you sign a hosting contract do some research. Look for a reputable company, preferably with hosting experience and financially stable. Try to avoid the "too good to be true" deals.
