I have been searching for this for weeks and gotten nothing. I really am not asking much.
I need a hosting package to set up a PHPBB that looks like this:
-->50 MB Webspace will cut it; prefer 100 though
-->1GB Monthly Transfer
-->FTP Uploading (don't care about account limits)
-->PHP (obviously to set up a PHPBB)
-->Subdomain
-->Decent Speed
-->None of this "You have to post on our forums" or "You have to sign up for some mailing list with our sponsors" stuff
-->For some reason I have horrible luck with hosts that have someone manually read applications and accept/decline them (rather than standard email verification), plus it's usually just a pain anyone. If you can avoid such hosts I would appreciate it.
-->Banners at the tops/bottoms of the page are acceptable, no popup ads.

just take a look at http://www.zeeble.com plans start from $0.99 fits pretty much with what you need. I have a couple of sites hosted with them, never had a problem.

Have you tried http://www.freewebspace.net ? Try out thier forums too for some offers from hosts who offer free hosting: http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/

By the way for running CPU intensive apps like phpBB you're really better off paying *something* if you're looking for reasonable speeds

sorry my mistake, ok what you could try is freewebs.com and then you can either buy a domain to redirect to there, or you cn use a free URL redirection service, such as cjb.net
