Hawk Host isn't a free hosting company.

i think 000WebHost is good for free hosting but don't expect quality for free.

You will have much better performance dealing with paid hosting provider.
I'd better pay some extra dollars for reliability and speed than to see my web sites down.

You'd be surprised how some free hosts can actually keep their uptime promises.

An example would be 000webhost, who says 99% uptime and actually keeps their promise of it:

Most of their servers used in monitoring are over 99%. The only real downtime they get is DDoS attacks, which even paid hosts can succumb to.

There are some reliable FREE web hosts available in the market, but I suppose that you will not have such as good 24/7 support as you will have with paid hosting provider.

If you decided to choose free host, try to do a search on all possible options via Google, compare them and choose the best.
