Unfortunatly thats what you get with some free hosts. Free hosting will allways be unreliable and way below the standard of paid hosting.

cjvj hit the nail on the head. You never know what you will get with them. You need to get a good paid host if you want to your site to be up all the time, or to at least have room to complain if it goes down.
