simple my dear friend if u site is getting less Traffic and CPU usage then u can choose VPS Server. But i might be problem in future if ur site is increased with Traffic and CPu usage then u Account can be susspended . so according to me Deticated Server is best To Work properly according to see future desires.....

Your advice looks WAY off to me. He is not in the threshold for a dedicated server. Not even close. VPS is the best option and the transition should be easy if you consult with your site statistics and host.

All cPanel enabled accounts should have analysis charts of your traffic and usage. Just "look" at the results and decide what you need so you don't go over your set limits.
