If you are looking for reliable, honest or secure, you better find somebody besides HosteBiz. I was with them for over two years. Everything was pretty good until about January, then there was a lot of 404 errors, not just on a couple pages here and there, but on every site at the same time, all of my email accounts went down at the same time, several times. It would take days to get a reply to support questions, and sometimes not at all. Sometimes their reply was rude if I resubmitted the request. In March they allowed an outside source access to their servers which lead to all of my databases being destroyed, then it took them over a week to get new databases online, I lost several of my customers due to their support. I cancelled my account with them and they still continued to bill me, I eventually had to cancel my Credit card to stop them from taking any more money. All my requests to have my money returned has fallen on deaf ears(eyes). Also found a few facts that may interest you as well, they are actually a reseller themselves!! They resell from Global Net Access. They also do business under several other names, including therackgroup.ca, resellerusa.com; resellerca.com; hostingusa.com; hostingca.com; hostingca.net; oodomains.com; ofindit.com. The last two are domain registration companies. To bad their isn't some sort of regulatory company for hosting companies, you can sure get ripped off in a hurry.
