Hi,

I'm looking to create a "webhost in a box" that could be sold as a package to someone wanting to start their own host. It would basically be a complete webhost without the clients.

The purchaser would choose a name with available domain and possibly choose from a few templates.

The package would include:
- Template
- Signup & Billing Software (like WHM Autopilot)
- Domain Name
- Reseller Account or Server
- Integrated ticket, forum, and live support
- Outsourced Support for customers
- Initial advertising
- possibly more...?


There could be a smaller package to that only included the templates and scripts needed or something...

I am looking to get together a group of folks (preferably with webhosting knowledge) to put the package together. We will then make a site to sell it and all profits will be split.

If you are going to do this right and effectively resell webspace with a few other bells and whistles it can be done quite easy. You'll probably need a dedicated server to do this.

What sort of budget do you have to get this going?
