I've used a number of hosting companies and I've found these 2 to be the best.
1. The Ultimate Marketing Center The Ultimate Marketing Center They are NOT a windows based host. But have everything that you could ever imagine needing e.g. Full Sequential Auto Responders, In-Built Affiliate Program Manager, AdTracker, 20Gb Bandwidth, Great support, Absolutely Massive amounts of resources & Bonuses etc. I almost wet myself when I really got into the control panel side of things. $19.95/mo. more expensive than other hosting but they have SOOOO MUCH more it's not funny  Excellent Tech Support too.
2. DataStreamUSA.com DataStreamUSA.com
These guys are good. Starting @ $4.00/mo for Windows hosting. Good support. Had minor down time (only minutes NOT hours & hours!!) Also, have a 6-pack for hosting (6 domains for only $10/mo) pretty good value. ASP etc. all good.
