Hi, recently been having some problems with JustHost.

Just wondering if anyone else uses them for their hosting and if they have had any problems? My websites seem to be really slow to load and keep giving 406 server errors.

Advice much appreciated.

Your sites seem fine here also.

The site in your sig that is hosted by Justhost seems to be running fine.

My own account there is performing beautifully, and has done so in the last 4-5 months.

Maybe it was just a temporary problem on the particular server you're hosted on, and they already took care of it.

As others have mentioned, it seems to be loading fine. Have you contacted their support regarding the issue?

Have you spoken to your host about this? It's a good idea to ensure they're not aware of any issues on the server. If that's the case I'm sure they'd be happy to look at your account for you.

Sometimes sites will get very slow and even extremely slow when server backups are running or if your host is say recompiling php. It could be that maybe you happened to be browsing your site when something like that was going on. Or some other cpu - server resource intense activity was happening. It could be something else though you never know. If it persists contact the support department.

I think that it is high time to change your web hosting provider and deal with more stable, fast and reliable one.

Perhaps this was just a temporary glitch in their servers? From time to time, cheap and unreliable hosts will have small hiccups in their systems. You get what you pay for; remember that.

I believe that the server was down not for a long time and now everything works fine.

Anyway, it is always useful to contact a web hosting provider and ask any questions you want to know.

I use Justhost for a couple sites and have no problem with their service at all. My only complaint is they tend to trick you into upgrades. A couple of times I clicked a link for more info and it automatically upgraded and charged me. They did however refund my money each time.

I can see that its running good so I don't think you have some problem at all. If you have some problem with connection and stuffs like that, then maybe there are some server delay or some web host trouble that could be fix, so I think you just need to rest your mind because your site is doing just fine

I suppose that happens time to time and web hosts have some problems. But amount of alternative companies should ring you a bell that nothing is lost and I suppose that is always possible to get new web host fast.

Can agree that there are many web hosts available in the Net that can meet your needs.

I am sure that you need to choose more stable, reliable and honest web host.
Read customer hosting reviews before to make any final decision.

I have seen that too.
And I think if you face some serious issues with a host, change it for something better.
