I am looking for a few good hosting companies to host some small websites.

Here are the requirements:

Must not be a reseller of Ipowerweb (I already have hosting with them. I want another hosting platform).
150MB minimum
PHP capabilities
SSI (php and regular)
ftp access
statistics
Minimum of 5 GB transfer.
mod_rewrite

I am willing to pay no more than $5/month.

I will be buying for 1 month. If I am happy with the hosting I will buy an additonal 11 months. I will be buying at least 4 of these websites.
