Often downtime is usually a feature of free hosts. Not all of them, but still it is more frequent whe you do not pay. Otherwise, the uptime has to be 99.9%

Downtime for a few minutes in a month still considered acceptable since no web hosting can provide you will 100% uptime. If you think the hosting is not worth your investment, then go find a better one.

I have already told it, but shall repeat: stable providers do not have downtime often. Yes no one can give 100% guarantee, but many can be up in 99% of cases.

Downtime everyday is horrible, I would definitely start looking for a suitable provider!

You should ask the reason as to why you are experiencing downtime for your site(s) then try to look for another host. Constact each hosts first and you might want to share your experiences with your previous hosts, let them know the site that you have and other information so that they will somehow give you some expectations.
