At least 200MB of space
10 gigs of transfer
php enabled.
cpanel, or ability to write permissions
ftp
subdomain

And I need this fro free right now. I am willing to place ads for the host, can anyone help me out?

100webspace does not allow adult sites. In fact, I think you'll be hard pressed to find ANY free host that allows adult content.
