Hello guys, my ipb board is keep going offline or idk how to say. i keep getting this error "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at indianarena.in". i can browse my site for some time and after sometime it says the error and then again pressing refresh sometimes i can see the site.Is this got something with ipb forum or host and how to fix it ?

This is working on my side. It would be better to clear the cache and history of the Firefox browser then try again.

Port 80 won't "crash" it will be the entire server that "crashes".

"Unable to establish a connection" means that the HTTP "handshaking" failed possibly due to server response times or the server or the datacentre network is "glitching" or YOUR connection is glitchy.

Flush your DNS cache and restart your router/modem.

Can you give an insight as to what was happening? This information could be helpful if someone else comes up with the same offline issues.

its the hosts problem, i told to them and they said fixed. But to people having this problem, this is not a client side problem its a server side problem which is usually due to low resourced server or high traffic.

what host are you using? it may be time for a new one

As of right now, I think it is time for you to look around for a new host. If one host is giving you so much grief while you pay them, common sense would say find a new host.

hmm its fixed already. The host has their server in Softlayer so i dont think this will be a high issue. Just one time issue for only some time and also they transferred to a new host. So im happy now
