When you offer your client a resource you should atleast explain that there is a partnership (you own both site) between the 2 sites. I would just encourage being honest with potenial clients

How was I dishonest? I said partnering. Just because both sites/businesses are owned by the same parent company does not mean anything. What difference would it make if both sites weren't owned by the same company?
