Thanks for looking, I've been without hosting and email for 5 days now.

In short cyberpixels is/was my web host and after not fixing various problems I signed up with a new host. Problem is, my domain name has to be unlocked before the name servers can be changed to reflect my new host.
Cyberpixels hasnt replied to the open tickets, and their 800 # is disconnected.

Any ideas on how I can get my domain name unlocked without having to wait for cyberpixels?

domain is m3tal.com.
I'm the registrant and cyberpixels is listed as the billing contact. Cpanel for m3tal is no longer working although I'm paid up until May so I cannot do anything admin wise on it.

You have your domain on lock? just unlock it in your ENOM account.

Your domain was registered through ENOM, INC. Enom.com

If you registered it through your host, contact Enom directly giving them your address, date of register etc and they will be able to unlock your domain so you can transfer it / or they will change your nameservers once free of charge.
