Hi All,

please can someone urgently help me with my site. www.giftday.co.za The page simply doesn't load. The hosting company telkom has traced server and they say all is well. I can ftp and see all files on the server. I have even tried to change the index page to another as to see if maybe my index page was corrupted.

Please, if ANYONE can shed any light on this matter I would GREATLY appreciate it.

you have index.htm definately there? What size is it? Have you had your HTML code validated, to make sure theres not a fault in your code?

Just put up a basic "Hello World" index.html page.

What is this? Shared? Dedicated? Can you restart the webserver?

It's a server problem, not a file problem.
Who is your host?

It's a problem on their side, tracerouting times out after 14th hop which is:

You need to speak with your host about this one.

Is the ht access file wirtten right?
