Security wise, uptime?

I presume he means a hosting service that should allow him to host a content that might be considered as offensive, illegal or etc. This often is hosted hacker programs, illegal mp3's, pornography...

Yes most host will need to make sure what you plan to host is legit.

i have a pharmacy site and i have at least 50 affiliates under me but some of them spam! all i can do is cancel their affialte acount but then my hosting compnay shuts me down so i need someone who is understandable in that department

That was all encompassing! I was afraid to ask what you might do.

If you tell the hosting company upfront what may happen, they may be more understanding. However, when the affiliate is reported for spamming, does the hosting company only see your account?
