Since my other host that I was paying was having problems with me I (had a lot of things I don't need anymore) decided to go free just for my school, friends, etc

Up most of the time doesn't matter really as long as it's not down more then 3days at once
150MB of disk space
2GB Bandwidth (might be way less depending on projects, etc)
Full FTP access by dwmx or smartftp (no short timeouts even tho I dsl)
ability to upload .psd files or rar.zip
abilty to have more then 1mb for an image
Don't want pop up ads but a head/bottom banner is ok if it's text.

Do you need any Scripting Language (E.G - PHP) or Database (E.G - MySQL)?

nope just something really basic.
That was the thing. Before I had a service for 2yrs I was paying for and never used anything (php,sql,cgi)
Only scripting I need is basically html, css, js, etc

This Site is a good place to find a free host. They have a usefull Advanced Search feature as well.
