What are people experiences with HostGator... I have had some REALLY big problems with their support staff.

I was told they outsource the work, Ive got the logs (wont post) and its like talking to a child.

Anyone else had problems?

If you had uptime problems and showed the logs
of downtime ... If this is not in their guarantees
(by hours) They must give you Bandwith Bonus,
or REFUND (if they supports 30 or 14 or 7
Days Money Back Guarantee)
This must be the same with the Uptime Speed !
Have you written their TERMS and CONDITIONS !?
I think that every company work on their
Terms and Conditions, when they have problems,
with their clients. I think that you must
know their terms.

I think they offer good hosting plans

But now I see that they don't solute their problems

I had disconnecting one user from my company
before 3 months.He was using
something that was in my black list of terms and condition
(IRC Releted Software / Scripted P2P Network
trought IRC). Ofcource I gave him the money
to the last cent. I Saw Trojan horse in the hosted server
and thousands of MYSQL queries per second

For Example: I accerpt WAREZ sites, but
I don't give them to open ports, use viruses or other
****s, and they take all the responsibilty for their
hosted content sites

This is just an example for disconnecting client from
my Network ! This happens only if he don't read our terms,
and When there is a REASON for disconneting him.

I don't think the planet allows any 'Warez' on there servers?

Allowinf warez as a host is not normally a good idea. It is always good to ask the host this up front. Warez hosts are nornallt targeted for hacking. Not alway but thier is a higher risk.
