startlogic (Prologic package) at http://startlogic.com/prologic.html
If you'd please look at what they offer and let me know which one you'd choose. I know hostgator and startlogic have excellent reviews.

Out those I would pick Startlogic

I kindly recommand you Startlogic , i heard only good things about them.

then i contacted their costumer support
out of 4 questions 2 where answered with a empty email :S
they do have their problems.
And they are only a reseller you could also go with the mean company (ipowerweb i believe)
