Anybody know of any cheap places where i would be able to host my new website for my club!

also where do i buy domain names and stuff!

For domains, I would reccomend godaddy.com.

As for hosting, there are plenty of posts here which mention some good hosts, I would also reccomend webhostingtalk.com for researching.

How much are you looking to spend? Do you know how much web space/monthly data transfer you need?

i think my host is quite good. www.hostinginsiders.com. Although the my ftp client finds it hard to upload stuff to it. I usually bulk upload through cpanel.
Their cheap and reliable (well i say reliable I have only ben with them for 2months) But they were only down 1nce 4 upgrading. Maybe you should check em out...
